Public hearing regarding the proposed application for a high school equivalency program and to review the performance of the program proposed under this application. Consider and possible approval of an application to TEA for the High School Equivalency Program to continue to be offered as part of our credit recovery program

5. Consider and possible approval of a bid for structural repairs at PRIDE Academy

6. Consider and possible approval of the purchase of ventahoods in the Brenham High School culinary arts classrooms

7. Consider and possible approval of an Agreement for the purchase of attendance credit (Option 3 Agreement) and to delegate contractual authority to the Superintendent

Consider and possible approval of a resolution by the Board of Trustees of the Brenham Independent School District providing for the defeasance and calling for redemption certain currently outstanding obligations; directing that the Board Secretary, or his designee, effectuate the redemption of these obligations; authorizing the execution of an escrow agreement, and other matters in connection therewith
