12)a) By the 2026-2027 school year, the Chilton ISD will develop, implement, and systematically evaluate a comprehensive MTSS Framework serving students in EE - 12^th grade.

12)b) By January 2026, the Chilton ISD will improve operations efficiency by the following:

• using the Schneider Electric capital assessments program to inventory mechanical and transportation equipment. (Phase 1)  
• Identifying and utilizing a bar code and inventory system to manage all district technology

12)c) By the 2026-2027 school year, the Chilton ISD will develop, implement, and evaluate an on 3 by 3 early literacy framework that will ensure 70% of students are reading on grade level by the end of their 3^rd grade year.

12)d) By January 2026, the Chilton ISD will work with the Falls County Sheriff's Office to implement an SRO program in Chilton ISD.
