Description:
The new Traverse that was approved to come from fund balance will not arrive until the second week of September. The PO created for the 22-23 school year will be reversed, the funds will roll into fund balance, and a new PO will be created out of the 23-24 budget once the budget amendment to purchase the vehicle from budgeted fund balance is approved.
