IV.A. The Governing Board appointed ex-officio member of the advisory committee will welcome and introduce committee members

IV.B. The Governing board appointed ex-officio member of the advisory committee will advise the committee of the purpose and procedures that have been established for the meeting.

IV.C. A representative of the Arizona School Boards Association will review with the committee conditions conditions of the Arizona Open-Meeting Law and review United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission restrictions related to employment that the committee must observe
|

IV.D. The Advisory Committee to meet with specific candidates identified by the Governing Board for the position of District Superintendent
|
|
IV.E. The Governing Board appointed ex-officio member of the advisory committee will thank the committee member for their service to the District
|
