VII.E. The Arizona School Board Association will provide an overview of the intent of and the expected outcome of the first search meeting for a new District Superintendent

VII.F. The Governing Board will be presented with an overview of and respond to questions related to the search process used by the  Arizona School Board Association when assisting a governing board with the search for a new superintendent

VII.G. The Governing Board will discuss and may consider the extent of stakeholder involvement that may be included in the search for a new District Superintendent and direct the Arizona School Board Association, in conjunction with the Governing Board President  and current District administration, to develop specific plans for stakeholder involvement in the search for a new superintendent

VII.H. The Governing Board will discuss the components of a draft position advertising document and may consider directing the Arizona School Board Association to adjust and publish an advertising document related to the position of District Superintendent    
Note:  The components of the advertising document shall include information related to the community and the District, a position description, a position salary range, District budget information, the projected search timeline, and other items deemed appropriate during the discussion.  

VII.I. The Governing Board will review and discuss the position application and may consider approving District specific questions to be included on the position application for District Superintendent

VII.J. The Arizona School Boards Association will provide the Board with an overview of the agenda for the second search meeting related to the search for a new District superintendent and respond to questions from the Board
