August 28, 2025 at 7:30 AM - Special Meeting -Final Amendments for 2024-2025 Budget

I. Call to order, establishment of quorum

II. Public Comments (Board Policy BED) 

• At regular Board meetings, the Board shall permit public comment, regardless of whether the topic is an item on the agenda posted with notice of the meeting.
• At all other Board meetings, public comment shall be limited to items on the agenda posted with notice of the meeting.  
• Except as permitted by this policy and the Board’s procedures on public comment, an individual’s comments to the Board shall not exceed five minutes per meeting.  When necessary for effective meeting management or to accommodate large numbers of individuals wishing to address the Board, the presiding officer may make adjustments to public comment procedures. 
• Specific factual information or recitation of existing policy may be furnished in response to inquiries, but the Board shall not deliberate or decide regarding any subject that is not included on the agenda posted with notice of the meeting.
• Visitors are reminded that the board can only hear complaints concerning personnel if it is properly posted on the agenda and the employee has the choice of holding the meeting in open or closed session.  

III. Consider and Take Possible Action Regarding Budget Amendment 007, Budget Amendment 008 the Final Amended Budget for the 2024-2025 General Fund (199) and Budget Amendment 006 Life Skills.

IV. Consider and Take Possible Action Regarding Budget Amendment 005 and the Final Amended Budget for the 2024-2025 SHARS-Medicaid Fund (198)

V. Consider and Take Possible Action Regarding Amendment 009 and the Final Amended Budget for the 2024-2025 Food Service Fund (240)

VI. Consider and Take Possible Action Regarding Budget Amendment 010 and the Final Amended Budget for the 2024-2025 Debt Service (516)
