I.D.8. Superintendent will communicate with attorneys Rupp, Anderson, Squires & Waldspurger; Ratwick, Roszak, Maloney; or Knutson, Flynn et. al. If the complaint is against the Superintendent, then the Board Chair will communicate with the attorneys.
