Please find attached a letter of resignation from Eli Grace.  He originally thought his employer would work around his wrestling coach responsibilities.  I believe Eli is a recent nurse graduate.  We can add it to our board agenda on Monday evening.

Stacy Childers from Springsted will present the attached document Monday evening.  She will also be available for our Q&A.  The one bit of good news is the proposed tax levy payable in 2017 is -1.43% under the current payable 2016.  It's a slight decrease in collected taxes.

Description: 
We are scheduled to have the Royalton Elementary entry hallway flooring completed, as well as the top-coat re-done in the lunchroom, on December 26, 2016.  The flooring company will be onsite all week completing this work.  

Description: 
Phil is working on the elementary ASD and sensory classrooms.  He is nearing a final plan with the help of Tony.  The thought is we'll divide the room where Spanish is taught now.  A permanent wall with a door and window will be constructed.  Also, we will put in updated lighting with a dimmer switch and a mount for the swing.  Joan Nichols is in agreement with the plan.

Description: 
Tristan from Thoughtexchange will be joining our board meeting at 8:00 PM via phone conference.  He will will present some of the findings from the recently completed community engagement.  

I attached the document Tristan went through on Wednesday with Phil, Joel, and me.  Also, attached is a document for us to work through the results.  I recommend we do this in February with the new board.
