1. Update on Student Lockers
Description:
Please see attached an email correspondence between Chris at Winkelman and me. Bottom line is the grades 9-12 student lockers will not be delivered until the first or second week in December. The company awarded the contract will immediately begin the install after school hours. |

2. ACT Preparation-- John Baylor Prep (JBP)
Description:
Now in progress are our two district goals for 2016-17. We just recently launched both Thoughtexchange and John Baylor Prep. Thoughtexchange is the electronic tool facilitating us through a stakeholder feedback process. John Baylor Prep will hopefully help use raise our students' ACT scores 2 points. Our students need on average 2 additional points to be at state average for ACT scores. This is a district goal very much worth achieving. |

3. Alice in Wonderland

4. Minutes of Winkelman Meeting Regarding Gym Joist Issue
Description:
Last Friday I included a letter from the manufacturer of the steel joists. This week Chris from Winkelman emailed out the minutes of that meeting (see attachment). |
