2. Final Drawings and Plumbing Permit for Elementary School
Description:
Our elementary school front entrance and bathrooms remodel have been held up because of a plumbing permit from the state. Please read the attached email chain between Jay and me. |

3. We got it! - Plumbing Permit
Description:
Late last night following the NRC Jay sent me good news about the plumbing permit for the elementary school. We finally have it back from the state after several weeks! The state received the plans on May 31 and approved it July 21. |

4. Open Seats for Royalton School Board Election
Description:
We had advertised four (4) open seats for the Royalton School Board. Please know there are three (3) open seats. The two-year term was completed by Jeff and we are now back on a rotation of three board members on/off every two years. Upon consultation with MSBA, Mary is going to run a correction in the MCR. |

5. Costing for HR Contract
Description:
Please see attached two separate costings for the HR contract. Jeff's ideas at the board meeting is 8.2% and my recommendation is 10.05%. Please know REM received approximately 9% in their two-year contract and the principals received about 10%. Either one is less than the high 12% Kelsie was asking for. What Jeff proposed makes total sense and is a nice raise for any employee! Please let me know in your email this week about LTFM quotes/proposals which one you support for Kelsie. I'll let her know after hearing back from all of you. Thanks! |
