1. District Goals for Special Board Meeting
Description:
Because the annual goal setting meetings typically run late please come to the board meeting prepared by reading through the district goals for 2015-16. You can find them attached to the agenda. I realize some of you have personal goals of your own (e.g., dyslexia) and should come with ideas where they belong under the current goals or have a proposal for a new one. Thanks! |

2. Consent Agenda
Description:
I am recommending we discontinue the "consent agenda" for our board meetings. It is too confusing for the board and public with all the reassignment. We can go through the items one-by-one. It doesn't mean each item will need to be discussed. It'll take a little longer, but a lot less disorderly. |

3. Communication with Superintendent
Description:
I am asking all board members to remember to contact me about board agenda items prior to the meetings. This is not simply a request of mine, but good practice for all school districts. It is highly encouraged by both MSBA and MASA for board members and superintendents to keep each other informed. If you need clarification or have questions about an agenda item it is best to contact me a day or two prior to the meetings. Thanks! |

4. Walk-through of MS-HS Construction Site
Description:
