1. Back Payment for Cash in Lieu
Description:
I've heard from two or three board members regarding the requested back payment for cash in lieu. All of them felt we should not back pay Katelyn Fuhrman. Kevin Rupp agreed with the board members and me this is the best route to go. |

3. Elementary Floor Plan
Description:
Please see attached a floor plan for the elementary school. Jay at ARY has been working on the final design this month. Soon we will be ready to go out for bids. We have a little over $400,000 to complete the additions and remodel work. Remember the following items in the elementary plans are to be added or remodeled: secure front entrance, social worker office, lunchroom seating, and boys and girls bathrooms across from the lunchroom. Yes, those are three official size shuffle boards painted in the flooring of the lunchroom. This will be great for summer MAP and community education activities. Let the tournament begin.... |
