December 25, 2015 at 4:00 PM - Superintendent's Weekly Update to the Board of Education
Agenda |

1. Property Tax Statements
Description:
There are two lines in the school section of the property tax statement: voter approved levies and other local levies. The line for voter approved levies is for building bonds and includes both the old one that will be paid off and the new one. The line for other local levies includes all the other levies: operating levies, community education, LTFM, safe schools, etc. There are not two lines for the old building bond and the new building bond. Also, the property tax statement states that the meeting would be held in the High School Media Center. The ad in the Record stated the location as well. |
2. RESP Approved the Contract for Years 2015-17
Description:
The RESP group voted in support of their negotiated contract. We will add it to the January board meeting for approval. |
3. Teacher Settlements
Description:
Please see attached a list of teacher settlements so far in Minnesota for contract years 2015-17. The column I look to mostly for comparison is the "Average Total Costs per FTE." |
