1. Thank You for Your Support
Description:
Thank you for your expression of sympathy for Rhonda and our family. Ron was never anything less than the best possible father-in-law to me. He modeled how a father should love and care for their in-law children. His example is something for me to live up to with my own future in-law children. We will miss Ron in our lives. |

2. UFARS Codes
Description:
Please find two attached files. The first one defines each dimension of the UFARS codes we use. It briefly explains each dimension of the UFARS code. The second one is a document with a chart of accounts for object codes, which is the most detailed dimension of the 17 digit code. |

3. Update on Construction Project
Description:
On last Wednesday, we had our first design meeting with district employees and departments. This is part of the overall process prior to going out for bids later this spring. The earlier schematic design phase provided us with a budget and general plan for additions and remodeling. The plan is for another design meeting with district employees and departments in two or three weeks. ARY will draw up our ideas with more detail and run it by us for more discussion.. After that meeting or the next one we'll include the board committee for their feedback/ideas. Lastly, we'll bring the revised and revised again design ideas to the full board for approval. In total this design phase will take up to three months. The hope is to get it done ASAP while getting it "right." A survey team from Design Tree were here on Friday. The information they collect will help Paul and the ARY architect firm create more detailed drawings for us. The excitement begins while the very important work continues. |
