1. Two Necessary Changes in the Board Packet for Monday
Description:
It was brought to my attention Meet the Candidates is in October and not September. Also, in the minutes for the June 16 meeting the motion on Meredith's leave of absence should read that the motion failed 0-6. |
2. Special Board Meeting for Presentation on Community Survey Results
Description:
On Monday Don Lifto sent me the email message below. The dates he has available for a special board meeting at 6:00 PM are July 28, 30, or 31. We'll need to nail down a date at the regular board meeting on Monday. Interviewing in Royalton is completed. The next stage of the project is data analysis. This will result in the production of three planning documents: (1) Detailed workbook of results sorted by demography, PowerPoint summary of key findings and recommendations; and (3) summary of Open-ended responses, if there were open-ended questions in survey. The first two of these should be done within 5 – 7 business days. When I have them I will contact you to talk about a time to present and discuss results. |
3. Answers to Two Questions While Negotiating with Employee Groups
Description:
Board committees received two questions requiring follow-up during our marathon of negotiation talks with various employee groups. It was stated during negotiations with custodians Janet Warzecha hasn't received a salary step advancement. The answer is she has (see attached document) but no one did yet for last year or this as talks are ongoing. It was stated during negotiations with RESP, paraprofessionals and other non-summer employees have to start their health insurance deductible over when they return to work and back off cobra. Kelsie contacted Primary Benefits and their response is they do not have to start over. Deb will get us documentation in writing. |
