2. Added Security Measures in Elementary and MS/HS Buildings
Description:
Please find below the added security measures we'll be placing in the RFP. Let me know if you see any additional measures that ought to be added. Elementary 1. Greeter at south entry doors during school day hours 2. Strike at all main exterior doors (8) 3. Card reader at all main exterior doors (8) 4. Prop alarms at all exterior doors 5. Lock down button (2) Note: Prop alarms would be at all doors leading in and out of the building, including doors only used by food service or custodial. MS/HS 1. Camera with buzzer at west main entrance door during school day hours 2. Strike at all main exterior doors 4. Card reader at some exterior doors (6) 5. Prop alarms at all exterior doors 6. Lock down button (2) 7. Key access to computer labs and weight room Note: Prop alarms would be at all doors leading in and out of the building, including doors only used by food service or custodial. |

3. Teacher Negotiation Settlements
Description:
The only comparable school district to settle as of today is Swanville. The other conference and section schools (our external comparisons) have not. Please open the attached file to see which Minnesota school districts have settled. |

Please find attached further information about bill related questions raised at Monday evening's board meeting. The computer purchase was for twelve (12) and not a single item. The football club will pay for the expense of the athletic trainer. |
