1. Draft Schedule for Building Construction
Description:
Please find attached a draft schedule for a building construction project. Depending on if the scope of the project is a remodel/additions compared to a new school building the timeline for completion is 24 months or 36 months. We'll have the necessary information once a feasibility study is completed. The Springsted/Kraus-Anderson/Worner Associates said they can have a study ready in about 3 months. |

2. Emails from Don Lifto (Springsted)
Description:
Don Lifto assured us the District will "never get a bill from Springsted unless you know what it is for, how much it is and have given the okay up front." The attached email is a correspondence between Don and Mary. |

3. Revised Resolution Appointing Springsted Incorporated the District's Financial Advisor
Description:
The revised resolution from Springsted includes the important information the Board requested. Below is the paragraph that addresses the Board's concern. Also, attached is the complete resolution I plan to add again to the board agenda for approval. "2. Approval of this resolution does not obligate the district to any initial, ongoing or project specific cost. Prior to obligating the district to costs for any and all services, Springsted will provide fee information to the district for review and pre-approval. The district is not obligated to pay any such fees without prior review and approval." |
