1. Adding Route Bus in 2013-14
Description:
We need to add a 10th route bus in 2013-14. It is allowed for students to sit three to a seat as long as no one's legs are positioned out in the aisle (safety concerns). The buses are now operating at maximum capacity. We have been watching this for the past year. Routes decreased when our enrollment was dropping and now is increasing back to where it was approximately 10 years ago.

2. Responsibility for Oil Spills/Messes
Description:
Mr. Bratch visited with Jim at Eastside Oil regarding the question about oil spills/messes. Jim's response was the public has been responsible in the past several years as no incidences have occurred. If it does, Eastside Oil will be responsible and take care of it. In the event it is a large-scale spill the fire department will be first to respond to the concern. Eastside will bare the costs of cleanup.

3. Reasons for Decrease in Past Month's Enrollment
Description:
Cindy and Judy sent me the reasons why our students left school (see below).
Student 1 - was homeless and moved to St. Cloud Student 2 - moved to Baxter Student 3 - entered a caretreatment program Student 4 - moved to Brainard Student 5 - moved to Milaca Student 6 - transferred back to LF Students 7 & 8 - siblings moved to Thief River Falls |

4. Portable Bathroom at Elementary Baseball Field
Description:
I still need to contact the Catholic Church regarding the poratbale toilet. Brent will have one delievered at the same time as the others.

5. cmERDC Audit
Description:
We've requested a quote from cmERDC to audit the District's payroll and student activity accounts. Mary has uncovered several concerning mistakes made by Jen. I want to emphasize no apparent illegal behavior occurred (e.g., embezzlement). I've heard this is a rumor in town.
