8.3. WCED Collaboration Opportunity
Description:
WCED is interested in collaborating on Insurance and Benefits consultation services with a company called CBIZ. They would provide us with advice and guidance regarding our many insurance policies. They would be our representative in developing RFPs, seeking quotes or bids, negotiating contracts, determining the cost of our usage on various insurances, working with brokers and generally representing our interests at our requests. Signing on to this services agreement (included in packet) establishes a fee for services but only obligates us for the services we desire them to represent us on. We get a better rate as an education district. No risk involved and we can discontinue usage at any time.
