4.G. 5.F. MEMBERSHIPS
The School District is a member in long standing Central MN Educational Research and Development Council (cmERDC) and the Minnesota School Board Association (MSBA). The invoice for renewal of each of the memberships has been received along with a description of services the district receives or in which the district engages. The district should continue membership during the 2023-2024 school year. Recommend approval of the memberships for FY24.

4.H. POLICY

5.A. ROCORI BASKETBALL ALUMNI MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
The ROCORI Basketball Alumni is requesting that the varsity basketball court is being named in honor of Hall of Fame Coach, Bob Brink. The rendering option #1 has been selected through the facilities and grounds committee. Recommendation: Approve the Memorandum of Agreement as presented for the naming of Bob Brink Court.
