15.4. Resolution for Adoption of Budget for FY25 - 
It is recommended that the Board approve the 2024-25 Budget as presented by the Superintendent on "School District Budget Form (ISBE 50-36) July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025" and that the same is hereby adopted as the budget of the fiscal year which is hereby fixed and declared to be beginning July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025.

15.5. Annual Compensation Statements  
It is recommended that the Board approve the 2023-2024 Administrator and Teacher Salary and Benefits Report and the 2024-25 IMRF Employee Compensation Report.
 

15.6. Appointment of Township Trustee
It is recommended that the Board approve the Resolution Authorizing Appointment of Township Trustee

15.7. Interfund Transfer
It is recommended that the Board Approve the Resolution directing the transfer of $1,000.000 from the Educational Fund to the Operations and Maintenance Fund and then to the Capital Projects Fund of the District

16. Comments from Visitors
The President will recognize members of the audience who wish to make comments to the Board regarding any topics related to School or District business. The Board will take all comments under advisement without discussion. If a member of the public raises an issue or concern that requires follow-up, the Board President or Superintendent will do so in a timely manner.
