It is recommended that the consent agenda for December 31, 2023 be approved as listed.

13.6. Resolution to Establish a Fiscal Year and Authorize the Development of the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget. Approval of the resolution to establish the 2025 fiscal year and to authorize the administration to prepare the 2024-25 Budget in tentative form.

13.7. Approve School Fees for the 2024-25 School Year 
It is recommended that the school fees for the 2024-25 school year be approved as presented.  

13.8. Official School Calendar 2024-25 
Approve the school calendar, with a beginning date of August 19, 2024 and a closing date of June 5, 2025, including Parent/Teacher Conference days of October 18, 2024 and March 6, 2025 and the Teacher Institute days of August 19, 2024; August 20, 2024; December 6, 2024; and February 28, 2025 be approved as the official school calendar, year 2024-2025, of School District 69, Cook County.

14. Comments from Visitors
The President will recognize members of the audience who wish to make comments to the Board regarding any topics related to School or District business. The Board will take all comments under advisement without discussion. If a member of the public raises an issue or concern that requires follow-up, the Board President or Superintendent will do so in a timely manner.
