13.4. Approve the Destruction of Closed Tape Audio
It is recommended that all recordings of closed sessions prior to March 2018 be destroyed following the Superintendent’s review of the closed session verbatim transcripts for which proper minutes have been approved. |
13.5. Approve Annual Compensation Statements
It is recommended that the Board approve the 2018-19 Administrator and Teacher Salary and Benefits Report and the 2019-20 IMRF Employee Compensation Report. |
13.6. Approve the MOU between the District 69 Board of Education and the Skokie Education Association to adjust the retirement date of an individual employee.

13.7. Approval of Annual Facility Usage
It is recommended that the Board approve the usage of District facilities of the following organizations: Skokie Park District, Fund69, PTO, FAB, PLUS, SLAM, Y.O.U., and Scouts organizations. |
13.8. Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Village of Skokie and School District 69
It is recommended that the Board approve the intergovernmental agreement between Skokie School District 69 and the Village of Skokie related to the Oakton/Niles Tax Increment Financing (TIF) district. |
13.9. Approve the MOU between the District 69 Board of Education and the PSRP to adjust the work hours for Family Liaisons

13.10. Disposal of Excess or Obsolete Equipment
It is recommended that the Board approve the declaration of the equipment detailed in the September 17, 2019 memo as surplus equipment and authorize Administration to dispose of the same. This equipment will be sold to Niles High School District 219. |
14. Comments from Visitors
The President will recognize members of the audience who wish to make comments to the Board regarding any topics related to School or District business. The Board will take all comments under advisement without discussion. If a member of the public raises an issue or concern that requires follow-up, the Board President or Superintendent will do so in a timely manner. |

It is recommended that the Board move into closed session to consider information regarding the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity. |
