Discuss - Approve / Deny the Drawdown Pay Request #1 for the authorization to request grant funds from the Nebraska Department of Economic Development (NEDED) for the Community Development Block Grant SP-17-PP-010 (Upon submission & approval of this drawdown from the NEDED, Community Development Block Grant funds are electronically deposited into the City's bank account. Regulations require the funds to be disbursed from the bank account (clear the account) within five (5) days of the deposit from the State of Nebraska

Discuss - Introduce Ordinance #990, amending Article 131 to Chapter 3 of the Municipal Code of the City of St. Paul; providing for the rates customers of the Municipal Water System shall be charged; repealing all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with this ordinance; and providing for the time this ordinance shall be in full force and take effect. (Effective June 28, 2018)
