9. Discuss - Introduce Ordinance 969, providing for the issuance of street and storm sewer bond anticipation Notes, Series 2016, in the principal amount of $1,160,000. This is for the purpose of paying the cost of constructing paving and storm sewer improvement in the City of St. Paul, NE; providing for a paying agent and registrar of the notes; agreeing to issue bonds or other obligations to pay the notes and accrued interest at maturity and ordering the Ordinance to be published in pamphlet form - Waive the three (3) reading at three (3) different occasions, with a second & roll call - move for final passage with a second & roll call

10. Discuss - Approve / Deny Resolution 2016-27 declaring intent under Internal Revenue Code Regulation Section 1.150-2 to provide the incurring indebtedness which may include reimbursement of expenditures through the general fund made by the City in connection with costs of the construction regarding the sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water improvements within the Dalton Meadows Subdivision. The estimate of debt shall not exceed $290,000.
