Consider and possible action to select licensed professional for architecture/engineering design services and contract administration services for its 2025 Bond Construction Projects pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 2254 based on their demonstrated competence and qualifications, and possible delegation of authority to Superintendent or his designee to negotiate and enter into a contract.

V.C. Consider and possible action to adopt required Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule in connection with all 2025 Bond Construction Projects authorized by the Board.
