Description:
Other than Agenda items (Limit 30 minutes, 5 minutes per speaker). During the public comment part of each regular board meeting, up to 30 minutes of time will be allowed for district constituents to address the board. Each person may have up to 5 minutes of time to speak. This is a time of "listening" by the school board. The board is here to listen only and will not take action or discuss topics brought forward during the open forum. It may, at is discretion, ask questions for clarification of issues. The board may, if it deems appropriate, bring said issues forward at a subsequent meeting. NO PERSONAL ATTACKS WILL BE ALLOWED. The open forum is the only opportunity for members of the audience to speak out during the meeting. Please attach form and follow the guidelines for presenting your topic.

Description:
In order to obtain the proper permits for these 2019 LTFM/Capital projects, an engineer and architect must prepare drawings/plans. This will be discussed prior to action in the Discussion Items portion of the agenda.

11.2. Review and Act on Pre-Referendum Contract with DLR
Description:
Pre-referendum planning has been discussed with the Board and will also be discussed in the Discussion Items portion of the agenda tonight prior to action being taken. Mr. Helgerson is recommending that the District appropriate $75,000 for work on pre-referendum items with DLR Group.

11.3. Review and Act on Cooperative Traffic Study of Sunset and Aberdeen with City of Jordan
Description:
As indicated in the memo, the total cost for the study is $22,470. Costs will be shared 50/50 with the City of Jordan. This study will assist us in planning for the referendum, specifically in working with the city and DLR Group to plan new parking lots, drives, and drop off/pick up loops for our North Campus.
