3. Share information regarding Naming Facilities as it relates to donations and information regarding the acceptance of donations
Description:
Matt. Helgerson is recommending that we move forward with the following, but is requesting your feedback so it may be added to the September Board Meeting for action:
1. Name the press box for Jiv Pauly 2. Provide a plaque in the entrance of the CERC or at the entrance of the track recognizing Mr. Mike Harrington's contributions to Jordan Physical Fitness and Recreation. The front desk would provide information on youth scholarships under Mike's name. Matt Helgerson has provided input from several superintendents who have responded to his inquiry about donations and naming rights.

5. Summer Food Service Program
Description:
A discussion regarding potential summer breakfast and lunch programming will occur. Andrea Schaak will be at the meeting to address questions.

6. MSBA Board Self-Evaluation Overview Report
Description:
We will discuss the results of the survey and how we wish to proceed in the process of continual improvement.

7. Hope Avenue Street Assessments - Early Payoff Option
Description:
We are providing you with information regarding this payoff option. Paying the assessment and associated taxes would save just over $5,000, but the payment would need to come from the general fund.

8. Director of Teaching & Learning / District Assistant Principal Job Description
Description:
This job description adjustment comes with a change in job title and adjustments in the job responsibilities associated with the Assistant Principal Component. Matt Helgerson will explain the changes at the Work Session and the final draft will be reviewed and acted on at the September meeting.

9. Activities Director / District Dean Job Description
Description:
The job description for the AD/AP was changed to reflect the AD/District Dean position. Matt Helgerson will explain the changes at the Work Session and it will be reviewed and acted upon at the September Board Meeting.
