Conduct a hearing regarding the Level Three employee Grievance filed by Jeremy Diaz, pursuant to Board policies DGBA (LEGAL) and DGBA (LOCAL) and deliberate same pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 for deliberation regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer and/or employee and to hear a complaint against an employee.
