The Board will consider the adoption of an order authorizing the issuance of the District's Unlimited Tax Bonds for school construction and refunding purposes; appointing a representative of the District and delegating to the representative certain matters with respect to the sale of the Bonds and the Offering Documents for the Bonds; establishing parameters for the approval of such delegated matters; approving the use of an Escrow Agreement and Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement; engaging bond counsel; ordering the levy of an annual ad valorem tax for the payment of the Bonds; and enacting other provisions relating to the issuance and sale of the Bonds.
