2. Seek and receive legal advice from the school district's attorney in closed session in accordance with Tex. Gov't Code §551.071 regarding Superintendent employment contract and related legal matters.

3. Consideration and possible action to approve entering into a Voluntary Retirement Agreement with the Superintendent of Schools and to authorize the Board president to execute such agreement.
