Technology Plan Update - Mr. Bryan Rehfeldt (Mr. Rehfeldt will update the Board on current initiatives in technology in District 33, the status of the Technology Improvement Plan (TIP), and work that will occur over this summer.) |

V. Public Comment
Description:
(Public comments (limited to 3 minutes each) are welcome at this Board of Education meeting. In order to conduct productive meetings, there will be no dialogue with the public about topics during this meeting. The Board may make a brief response to a public comment, or will provide for follow-up with individuals or groups at a later date, if the Board determines that issues require additional research. For certain issues that require additional understanding the Board may also schedule a special meeting where public dialogue can occur. Thank you for your interest in district issues and for your understanding of meeting protocol.)

(Now that primary elections are past the legislature will be very busy. Watch for budget work and education reform efforts that shift costs from the State to local school districts. This includes reducing or cutting transportation reimbursement by not requiring school districts to provide transportation, and by opening the door for them to charge families who wish to access school bus service.)
