• Replacement for failed VRF system at Goodings Grove in an amount not to exceed $41,000 based on an estimate from Trane Technologies; final vender yet to be determined.
• Change of personnel on a previously approved contract for an RBT with Procare Therapy/Blazerworks; the new RBT will begin on 1/6/2025 through the end of the year in the amount of $60.00/hr (no change of rate) for an estimated total of $43,260.00
