7.1. Consider setting High School Graduation on May 10, 2025

7.2. Resolution providing for the issue of approximately $2,885,000 General Obligation School Bonds, Series 2025A, and $4,000,000 Taxable General Obligation School Bonds, Series 2025B, for the purposes of altering and reconstructing school buildings and purchasing and installing equipment therein for fire prevention and safety, energy conservation and school security purposes, refunding certain outstanding bonds of the District, and increasing the Working Cash Fund of the District, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said bonds, and authorizing the sale of said bonds to Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated
