I. The committee will review and discuss the following policies:

• 2:230  Public Participation at School Board meetings and Petitions to the Board
• 6:130  Program for the Gifted and Talented
• 6:170  Title 1 Programs
• 8:90    Parent Organizations, Booster Clubs and Woodland Educational Foundation
• 8:110. Public Suggestions and Comments

II. On Monday, February 1, administration met and reviewed Administrative Procedures and Exhibits. Though these items do not require Board approval for adoption, there are some affecting the Board which administration would like Board input on. The following Exhibit, administration would like the Policy Committees input on:

• 2:140 E Guidance for Board Member Communications, Including Email Use.
