12.b. Presentation of Resolution Adopting a Disclosure Compliance Policy - Dr. Gildea
A disclosure compliance policy, which has been reviewed by the Policy and Communication Committee and the district's attorney, will be presented for board adoption. |

13.a. Presentation of Intergovernmental Agreement for Shared Early Childhood Assessment Programming - Mr. Tanner
An intergovernmental agreement between the Boards of Education from Hawthorn District 73, Mundelein District 75, and Fremont 79 to conduct shared early childhood assessment programming services (ECATS) will be presented and reviewed. It is anticipated that the Fremont Board of Education will vote on approval of the agreement at tonight's meeting. |
13.b. Designate Superintendent and Director of Business to Prepare the Tentative 2016-17 Budget - Mr. Tanner
February marks the beginning of the budget cycle for the 2016-17 school year. It is expected that at tonight's meeting the board will act on authorizing the superintendent and director of business to begin the budget process for the next school year. |
13.c. Review of the 2016-2017 School Calendar - Dr. Gildea

13.d. Set Date for Public Hearing on Proposed Modification of the School Code on School Holidays _Dr. Gildea
The recommendation that a public hearing on the proposed modification of the school code to allow school to be open on Veterans Day be set for February 22, 2016, beginning at 6:50 p.m., in the middle school media center will be presented. The rationale for changing Veterans Day to a school attendance day will be discussed. |
