Persons desiring to address the Board of Trustees must fill out a speaker's card and submit it to the Administrative Assistant to the Board prior to the meeting.  During Special meetings or Board Workshops, public comment is limited to agenda items only. No presentation shall exceed three minutes. The Board cannot deliberate on any subject matter that is not included on the agenda.

IV. CLOSED SESSION (Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 - Attorney Consultation and Section 551.074 - Personnel) 

IV.A. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, private consultation with the Board's Attorney in person, or by phone, about 1) pending or contemplated litigation; 2) a settlement offer; or 3) on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter

IV.B. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, discussion regarding board member's and superintendent's duties, roles and responsibilities as related to a possible bond election
