Resolution No. R19-153 approving redevelopment agreement with WHO Development, LLC for Phase II of the WHO Development redevelopment project as set forth in the "Second Supplement to the Redevelopment Plan entitled:  Amendment to the 33rd Avenue and U.S. Highway 30 Redevelopment Plan (Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers restaurant).
