V.D. Approval of the AHERA Three-Year Asbestos Re-Inspection at Longwood Elementary School and Brookwood Jr. High School to be Conducted by Midwest Environmental Consulting Services at a cost of $1,200.00

V.E. Approval of the Renewal of School Messenger, a Power School Program, that supports district and school communications at a cost of $4,010.80 per year. 

V.F. Approval of the E-Rate Category 1 Project for FY26 that Includes 150 Hotspots for Students/Families in Need-- for 3 Years of Service through AT&T at a 90% Discounted Price of $6,150.00

Approval to Create an Instructional Classroom for Grades 3-4 for at Longwood Elementary School and a K-2 Instructional Classroom at Hickory Bend for FY26 to offer a Continuum of Services/ Flexible Delivery Model for Special Education, allowing for the addition of 2 Special Education Teachers and no more than 4 Additional Paraprofessionals to Serve these Classrooms per IDEA Mandates
