Stat. §§ 19.85(1)(c) and 19.85(1)(f), to consider the employment of a public employee over whom the Board has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility and to consider personal histories or other matters involving specific persons which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of those persons, specifically regarding the selection and appointment of the Middle School/High School Principal.
