9.c. Approve Resolution - 2023-2032 Long-Term Facilities Maintenance Plan
Presenter:
Dr. Parks
Description:
The school district must approve annually the LTFM 10-year plan. The Long Term Facility Maintenance Funds are a combination of aid and levy to allow the district to focus on the physical plant of the school without using revenues focused on educational programming. The school board must annually approve the LTFM plan for the next 10 years. The Building Committee met in May and developed the 2032 plan. The revenues for this year are $247,355 and expenses are expected at $141,000. Future years continue to be a "Best Guess" estimate of the facilities needs of the district based upon input from the Facilities Manager Dustin Wroolie and the Building Committee.
For planning purposes, 2033 will have estimated revenues of $252,772 with estimated expenditures of $229,500.
