Addressing the School Board: Members of the public may access the meeting from the District’s website at https://zoom.us/j/140768624.  To provide public comment on an agenda item, patrons must complete the public comment form on the District’s website at https://www.c-isd.com/Page/61. The public comment form will be available for completion until 3:55pm on April 6, 2020 and must be emailed to cramos@c-isd.com before that time. The public comments submitted will be read aloud for the Board to hear, and the content of the written comments cannot exceed three minutes. The Board shall not answer questions and shall not deliberate or decide regarding any subject. Board policy prohibits the discussion of complaints against district employees and/or students during public comment.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
