C. Superintendent Search Update - Dr. Bonnette and Dr. Kelly

D. Enter Into Closed Session to discuss:
•The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine it's validity.  5ILCS 120/2(c)(1).

•Litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the pubic body finds that an action is probable or imminent, in which case the basis for the finding shall be recorded and entered into the minutes of the closed meeting.  5ILCS 120/2(c)(11).

E.1. December 15, 2015 - Regular Business Meeting, 6:30 p.m. in the Learning Resource Center at Hauser Jr. High School. (The Board will enter into Closed Session at 6:30 p.m. and return to Open Session at 7:00 p.m.).

E.2. January 5, 2016 - Committee of the Whole Meeting, 7:00 p.m. in the Learning Resource Center at Hauser Jr. High School.

E.3. January 19, 2016 - Regular Business Meeting, 6:30 p.m. in the Learning Resource Center at Hauser Jr. High School. (The Board will enter into Closed Session at 6:30 p.m. and return to Open Session at 7:00 p.m.).
