A. Call to Order and Roll Call.                                                                            6:30 p.m.

B. Enter into Closed Session with the purpose of discussing:
• The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity.  5ILCS 120/2(c)(1).

C. Return to Open Session upon completion of Closed Session business.      10:00 p.m.

D.1. January 22, 2016 - Special Meeting, 6:30 p.m. The Boardroom, Drake Hotel, Oak Brook, IL

D.2. January 23, 2016 - Special Board Meeting (if necessary), 9:00 a.m. in the Learning Resource Center at Hauser Jr. High School.

D.3. January 26, 2016 - Regular Business Meeting (Rescheduled), 6:30 p.m. in the Blythe Park Cafeteria at Blythe Park School. (The Board will enter into Closed Session, if necessary, at 6:30 p.m. and return to Open Session at 7:00 p.m.).

D.4. February 2, 2016 - Committee of the Whole Meeting, 7:00 p.m. in the Learning Resource Center at Hauser Jr. High School.

D.5. February 16, 2016 - Regular Business Meeting, 6:30 p.m. in the Learning Resource Center at Hauser Jr. High School. (The Board will enter into Closed Session, if necessary, at 6:30 p.m. and return to Open Session at 7:00 p.m.).
