A. Call to Order and Roll Call.

B. Public Comment/Response.
Public comments are subject to the following provisions:
Sign in on the comment sheet located on the counter near the entrance of the Hauser Library.
Step up to the microphone, if available.
Identify oneself by name and address, and be brief.
Ordinarily, comments shall be limited to 5 minutes.
Board President may shorten or lengthen an individual's opportunity to speak.
If a number of individuals wish to address the Board on the same subject, the group is encouraged to appoint a spokesperson.

C. Enter Into Closed Session for the purpose of discussing:

C.1. The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee to determine its validity.  5ILCS 120/2(c)(1).

C.2. Collective negotiating matters between the school board and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees.
