* Sign in on the comment sheet located on the counter near the entrance of the Hauser Library.
* Step up to the microphone, if available. * Identify oneself by name and address, and be brief. * Ordinarily, comments shall be limited to 5 minutes. * Committee Chairperson may shorten or lengthen an individual's opportunity to speak. * If a number of individuals wish to address the Board on the same subject, the group is encouraged to appoint a spokesperson. |
