Anna is a 5th grader at Hilltop who had her essay "Billy's Ankle" selected by Compas (Community Programs in the Arts). Anna's essay will be displayed in an anthology "Punch at the Wild Tornado" which is set to be released on December 13, 2014.

9.1. Levy Certification Report

Description:
This is the first step in the 2015-2016 budgeting process. As a District, by September 30 we must propose a tax levy certification amount. At this point we only have very preliminary figures and it would not be prudent to propose an exact dollar amount. In order to keep all options open to the District, both Pat Goggin and I recommend approval of the Proposed MAXIMUM Tax Levy Certification. This will allow us to gather more complete information for our dollar amount certification which we will approve at our Truth and Taxation on December 8, 2014.
