2. Review 2013 - 14 District and Committee Improvement Plans.
Description:
The purpose of this Work Session is to review our current Strategic Direction Vision Cards as well as our current Improvement Plans. This review will prepare us for our May Work Session when we will discuss and work on formulating our 2014-15 District Improvement Plan

4. Schedule Planning Work Session.
Description:
Having enough time to review our 2013-14 Plan, discuss our direction, and develop our 2014-15 Improvement Plan will be difficult to do in an hour to hour and half of time. We would like feedback from Board members as to how it will work best to schedule our Work Session to develop our 2014-15 Improvement Plan.
