3.D. Approval of EDU Healthcare Physical Therapy Contract
Description:
EDU Healthcare is being provided for the Board of Education's review and approval. This contract is for physical therapy services for the 2021-2022 school year to include 2020-2021 Summer School Program. Rate of $75.00 for not more than 20/hrs a week paid through General Funds with partial Medicaid refunds and Summer School Programt to be paid through ESSER Grants.

3.E. Approval of Soliant-Blazer Works Contract
Description:
This contract is for occupational therapy services for the 2021-2022 school year to include the 2020-2021 Summer School Program with the Bill Rate $69.91/hr for up to 40 hours paid through General Funds with partial Medicaid refunds and the Summer School Portion will be covered by the ESSER grants.
