3.A. ACTION:  Consider a Motion to Accept the Agenda as Presented

4. Disclosure of Conflict of Interest -- Any Board Member having an anticipated or possible conflict of interest (as defined in Board Policy #po0144.3) on any matter under consideration shall disclose that situation and refrain from discussion and voting as per policy. The minutes of the meeting will reflect the existence of the conflict.   The foregoing requirements should not be construed as preventing a Board Member from briefly stating their position in the matter, nor from answering pertinent questions of other Board Members since their direct knowledge may be of great assistance. 

5. Public Communication
This portion of the agenda is for persons to address the Board.  Each individual will have three (3) minute to provide Agenda- and/or Non-Agenda-Related Comments to the Board.  The Board values these communications, but Public Comment is not a form of exchange or dialogue.
